The organisers have foreseen complimentary shuttle buses between a selection of partner hotels and the different event venues. 

The main pick-up points at hotels are: Van Der Valk Congrès, Ibis Guillemins, Van Der Valk Selys and Blooma Hotel. Visitors staying at other partner hotels in the same area are invited to join the main pick-up points.
